CAREER INFORMATION Hi I'm George, I'm 8 years old.
I have been riding since I was 4 years old. I started on a 50cc
quad bike and quickly progressed to 2 wheels. my first bike was a
Suzuki QR 50. By the age of 5, I got my first KTM 50 mini Adventure.
After 3 months I got the bigger KTM SX 50. Then at the age of 6 I
started racing at Mid Sussex. In my rookie year I came 3rd
overall and was awarded most improved rider! At 7 I was still in
the autos, I had my first wins and a few holeshot awards! Even though
most of the other riders had the bigger wheels, I managed to secure
2nd overall on a standard wheeled bike! I have just signed again to
race at Mid Sussex. I am now 8 years old and mum and dad have got me a
KTM 65 SX 09. This will be my first season in the 65s, so I've had to
learn all the gears. I currently practice every weekend, weather
permitting at Joyce Green MX in Dartford. Jackie, Rick and Lee Brown
have sponsored my riding and my oils. They said they can see something
special in me, they have been so good to me, I can see something
special in them too. MY favourite rider is Tommy Searle and I have met
him at my first presentation. I like watching Chad Reed in the
Supercross, I like his style . Lots of people talk to mum and dad and
say how natural I look on my bike. We always get lots of comments and
encouragement whereever I ride. |
